Mike DeGiorgio

Founder & CEO

Mike is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crexi, setting the vision and strategy for the company. He founded Crexi in 2015, recognizing that commercial real estate needed to be brought into the digital age. Under his leadership, Crexi has grown to nearly 500 employees and become a platform empowering millions of CRE professionals while facilitating billions in property transactions. Before founding Crexi, Michael helped build Auction.com (now Ten-X) into a category leader, managing over $1 billion in commercial property sales as one of the company's top producers and team leaders. A graduate of Northern Illinois University's College of Business, Michael was honored with NIU's Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2018 and continues to give back as a visiting lecturer teaching entrepreneurship. Originally from the Midwest, Michael leads Crexi from Los Angeles.

Eli Randel

Chief Operating Officer

Eli leads Crexi’s strategy, drawing on his previous 15+ year career in CRE and CRE finance. Eli joined in 2016, following a tenure as Director of Dispositions for Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), where he led portfolio dispositions in preparation for the IPO. Prior, Eli was Director of Capital Markets at Cohen Financial, raising LP equity and construction financing for commercial real estate developers. Eli also helped launch Auction.com (now Ten-X), the online auction platform. Eli began his career at CBRE, where he spent three years as a senior financial analyst before obtaining a full academic scholarship to earn his MBA at the University of Florida.

Oded Noy

Chief Technology Officer

Oded Noy is currently the CTO of Crexi, where he helps transform the commercial real estate sector. Recognized as a technology expert, he advises various SaaS companies. Previously, he co-founded and served as CTO of TrueCar until its IPO in 2014. Noy achieved significant success at Diversis and now continues in a similar role at Bloom Equity Partners. Outside of his work at Crexi, Noy has been a managing partner at Amplify.LA for 12 years and is the founder and chairman of the LA CTO Forum, the nation’s largest CTO group.

Shannon Garner

Chief People Officer

Shannon leads Crexi’s people and workspaces strategies and brings over 25 years of human resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Crexi, Shannon was SVP Global Human Resources & Workspaces at Scopely where she helped scale the company to over 1,700 employees, and $700+ million in revenue, in multiple countries world-wide. Along with her experience at Scopely, Shannon has held executive HR roles at many other high-growth Southern California technology companies, as well as senior HR leadership roles in medical device and biotech. As the Chief People & Culture Officer, Shannon brings an innovative, “people-centric” perspective to building a high-performance culture that promotes diversity & inclusion. Shannon is an active member of the women’s executive network, Chief, holds a BA in Social Sciences from UCI, and has an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

Sandra Carvalho

Chief Marketing Officer

Sandra is a seasoned marketing executive who brings over 25 years of global marketing leadership to her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Her experience spans iconic brands like Bloomberg, Nokia, CoreLogic and IBM, where she built and led high-performing teams, redefined global marketing strategies, and launched breakthrough thought leadership and digital engagement programs. Prior to joining Crexi, she was CMO of Xperi, CoreLogic and Technicolor, where she successfully drove brand transformation programs and helped launch companies in new business growth areas. Known for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer-centric approach, Sandra has consistently delivered measurable results—elevating brand equity, increasing market share, and driving hundreds of millions in marketing-influenced revenue. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Marymount campus of Fordham University. She also completed an executive MBA program in partnership with INSEAD Business School.


Adam Greenberg

General Counsel

Adam has spent his career building and scaling high-growth, disruptive technology startups. He has led legal, regulatory, compliance, and government affairs teams across sectors including consumer, digital health, retail, and e-commerce. Most recently, Adam served as General Counsel at Blank Street, an innovative Series B coffee brand with expanding operations in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at Ro, a leading digital health platform, where he supported the company’s rapid growth from 40 to 850 employees and from a $150 million to a $7 billion valuation. Earlier in his career, Adam led legal and public policy at e-commerce pioneer Warby Parker, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company from 150 to 2,000 employees and growing its retail presence from three to over 100 stores. He began his legal career at Skadden Arps, working in the firm’s litigation, real estate, and IP/tech transactions groups. Prior to Skadden, Adam clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena. Adam holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Southern California.


David Lee

Chief Revenue Officer

David is Crexi's Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company's revenue growth strategy and operations. With over 20 years of enterprise sales and go-to-market leadership experience, David has built his career modernizing revenue strategies and scaling high-performing teams across global technology companies and high-growth SaaS organizations. Before joining Crexi, David served as Chief Sales Officer at SnapLogic, leading global sales and partner teams, and was Global Vice President at Confluent during the company's rapid cloud expansion. He spent more than a decade in senior sales leadership roles at Microsoft, leading large enterprise organizations across U.S. and international markets. David holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah and a BA from Arizona State University. He leads Crexi's revenue organization from Southern California.
