Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. (Crexi) is revolutionizing the way commercial real estate professionals transact by accelerating deal velocity and democratizing access to both properties and industry data. In 2015, Crexi embarked on a journey to transform the CRE industry: to create a single-source hub for stakeholders to market, analyze, and trade commercial property. Today, Crexi empowers nearly 2.5 million buyers, brokers, and tenants each month to explore over $7 trillion of property value nationwide and has helped to close upward of $615 billion in transactions. Crexi’s growing team of 300+ employees — based in Los Angeles with offices in Miami and Irvine — strive to create a centralized CRE marketplace with enhanced marketing, due diligence, and deal-closing tools to accelerate our users’ success.

MIKE DEGIORGIOFounder & CEO

Mike founded Crexi in 2015, after identifying an inherent need to create an open marketplace and technology solution for the commercial real estate industry. Prior to founding Crexi, Mike helped establish Auction.com (now Ten-X), the online auction platform, where he spent four years managing teams and earning a reputation as one of the top sales producers in the company. There, Mike managed 400+ CRE transactions and teams totaling $1B+ over four years. Mike earned his Business Degree from Northern Illinois University, from which he won the 2018 Outstanding Young Alumni award and where he also serves as a visiting lecturer teaching entrepreneurship to business students.

Eli RandelChief Operating Officer

Eli leads Crexi’s strategy, drawing on his previous 15+ year career in CRE and CRE finance. Eli joined in 2016, following a tenure as Director of Dispositions for Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), where he led portfolio dispositions in preparation for the IPO. Prior, Eli was Director of Capital Markets at Cohen Financial, raising LP equity and construction financing for commercial real estate developers. Eli also helped launch Auction.com (now Ten-X), the online auction platform. Eli began his career at CBRE, where he spent three years as a senior financial analyst before obtaining a full academic scholarship to earn his MBA at the University of Florida.

Oded NoyChief Technology Officer

Oded currently serves as the CTO of Crexi, transforming the world of commercial real estate. He is a technology leader and board advisor to a variety of SaaS companies. Noy was the co-founder and CTO of TrueCar prior to its IPO in 2014. In his private equity work as an active senior operating partner and board member, he has participated in multiple acquisitions and exits with higher than 5x returns. He is a founder and managing partner for 12 years in the early stage fund Amplify.LA. He is founder and chairman (more than 22 years ago) of the CTO Forum, the largest CTO group in the country. He holds 7 technology patents. Noy also served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli air force.

Kris Cheh BeckChief Legal Officer

Kris leads Crexi's legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining, Kris was the Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Team at United Capital that oversaw the company's sale to Goldman Sachs for $750 Million. As the Chief Legal Officer, Kris advises the senior team on legal strategies to drive business results in diverse areas, ranging from intellectual property strategies for business platform development to key corporate transactions. Kris' exceptional work as a business leader has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She started her career at O'Melveny & Myers and previously served as a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.

Courtney EttusChief Marketing Officer

Courtney leads Crexi’s marketing with 25+ years’ experience in marketing strategy for Fortune 500 businesses and start-ups. Prior to joining in 2018, Courtney served as CMO of Greenfly, Inc., a venture-backed SaaS content delivery platform. For 10+ years prior, Courtney led global media for Visa, Bank of America, Beats by Dre, Slack, Luxottica, BP, and Emirates Airlines, among others. She spent her first 10 years at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. As VP of Global Marketing she directed global marketing strategy and ran the in-house agency. Courtney achieved her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her BA in Executive Management from Babson College. Courtney has been recognized by GlobeSt. as both a 2020 Marketing Influencer of the Year and a 2021 Elite Woman of Influence in Commercial Real Estate. She also serves as a Globe St. Women of Influence Board Advisor.

Shannon GarnerChief People Officer

Shannon leads Crexi’s people and workspaces strategies and brings over 25 years of human resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Crexi, Shannon was SVP Global Human Resources & Workspaces at Scopely where she helped scale the company to over 1,700 employees, and $700+ million in revenue, in multiple countries world-wide. Along with her experience at Scopely, Shannon has held executive HR roles at many other high-growth Southern California technology companies, as well as senior HR leadership roles in medical device and biotech. As the Chief People & Culture Officer, Shannon brings an innovative, “people-centric” perspective to building a high-performance culture that promotes diversity & inclusion. Shannon is an active member of the women’s executive network, Chief, holds a BA in Social Sciences from UCI, and has an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
