Broker Wins: Giving Thanks in 2021

As the year winds towards its conclusion, the Crexi team wants to focus on the positive and celebrate our community. This second year of COVID witnessed a remarkable trajectory of resilience, recovery, and unprecedented success in commercial real estate. There’s much to be thankful for, and we are proud to count ourselves among the community of commercial real estate professionals.

Here are some of our favorite commercial real estate wins from 2021. We hope these stories inspire you as much as they do us.

Ranga Pathak

“I got a buyer for a property in Roseville, CA through Crexi, and the property went into contract almost immediately after I listed it. I am also under contract for another property in Rocklin, CA, and the buyer for that one also came through Crexi. These two deals are just over a million dollars in property value.
