Here are some of the highlights of all our hard work during the month of April:
New Notification Settings and Dashboard Customization
We introduced a new weekly email component that summarizes the new listing dashboard, reminding you of your top-performing listing. Opting in is super easy via the Top Performing Listing Preferences, a new notification setting for the top-performing listing email. It is located on the Listing Broker/Agent alerts page in Notifications.
We listened to you! You can customize your listing dashboard by dragging and dropping each section or widget within the sales and lease listing Dashboard.
Download Your Broker Dashboard
You can also download a PDF of the dashboard that includes overall traffic, impressions graph, marketing traction, and the ability to adjust the metrics by all time, 30 days, or seven days.
How to do this: Download via the “Share Dashboard” button in the dashboard’s header. This action will open the Lead Report Modal, where you can see the “PDF Summary” and the ability to adjust the timeline.
Lastly, the new Dashboard is available for closed sales. When a listing is marked as closed, you will see the activity on the new dashboard layout.
New Map Overlay Icons
We’ve rolled out new Map Overlay icons, so you can now see distance when using the radius tool, and we’ve added ‘Group Settings’ to Saved Property Groups on Sale.
The Cap Rate component has been added to Comp Groups, including Median Sold and Average Sold.
What’s New on Mobile
Mobile updates include saving your searches via location and desired filters on Android, and on iOS, tapping a broker picture will now connect you to that broker via email or a phone call. Additionally, the map on the PDP is explorable.
