Calculate everything with two new major releases this month! Our teams finished up work on both the insights tab on all search results as well as a valuation calculator for all sale listings. With the insights tab, you can instantly get an overview of the properties searched for and demographics in the area in which you’re looking. If you need to know your estimated cap rate, just input some numbers into the valuation calculator. Learn more about these two new features (and more) below.
Marketplace Updates
- Auctions: Interested in registering for an auction or selling a property in an auction? We created a new page to answer any questions you may have about the auction process! We’ve also improved our auction platform’s speed to ensure bids are placed and captured faster than ever before. Learn more about Crexi Auction here. 🙋♀️🙋♂️
- NNN Filter: We know that NNN is one of the most popular types of leases, so we added it in our filter drawer under lease type!
- Tenant/Brand Filter: What do McDonald’s, Chase Bank, and Walgreens have in common? They’re now all listed under the Tenant/Brand filter while searching for sale listings! Search for an exact tenant or brand you’re interested in by using this filter now! 🍔🏦🏬
Tools
- Insights Tool: Now, when you search for sales listings, lease listings, or comps, you can get instant metrics and demographics by clicking the “Insights” tab. The metrics shown are different depending on what you’re searching for (ie. we show the median price for sale listings or the median rate for lease listings). Try it now by searching for a property here! If you have any feedback, please let us know using the link at the bottom of the insights tab. 🔎
- Valuation Calculator: We wanted to make it easy for you to evaluate a potential acquisition by including a simple valuation calculator on every listing for sale. Enter in your desired purchase price, down payment, interest rate, and term, and the calculator will show your estimated DSCR, Cap Rate, and ROI! ✖️➖➕➗

- Search Improvements: Our goal is to match the right buyers to the right property at the right time. To do that, we’re continually improving our search algorithm to better serve our users. We have an update coming soon to search that will help you find your next property even faster. ⚡️
- Navigation: To help make our website easier to navigate, we’re pushing some updates soon that make browsing Crexi more intuitive for everyone. It also helps us plan for the future tools that we’re building.
- Map Overlays: Our team is working on new overlays for maps in search results. These will show traffic counts, points of interest, population, median income levels, and more. Stay tuned for more updates! 📍
