In February, we focused on improving the user experience across the Crexi Marketplace, Intelligence and Mobile. Check out the new product enhancements below from the Crexi Product Team.
Marketplace Updates
- Added broker/brokerage names and street addresses on New York State property record cards
- Airport property listings are now available on the platform
- When users upload a listing, there will now be a “Sale Condition” field available for use in the “details” section of the build/edit page
Intelligence
- Sales and Comp Group print view will show the brokerage or office name in the header, not the individual brokers account name
- Users are now able to review comps for airport properties
Mobile
- Updated version of the Crexi app was released to the App Store. Users will now be shown “similar properties” after clicking on a property description page
- Saved Search bug fixes on iOS
- Users can now Execute CAs for OMs
- New Users can now select an industry role at the point of sign-up
- We have implemented faster loading times while searching for properties
