Our team has been working on a couple of large (and exciting) projects that, while we’re dying to release, aren’t quite ready to showcase just yet. Along the way, we’ve also fixed a few bugs and optimized parts of the user interface this past month — you’ll notice them especially if you browse Crexi on mobile or tablet.

Marketplace Updates
- Search Experience: Precision is key! Now when you search for a specific address, we’ll show you suggestions for listings that match your search term. Start searching for your next property now.
- Map: We’ve added a quicker way for you to view prices for sale and lease listings on the map. Zoom into the map to see selling prices and lease rates when they are available!
- Save Search: Get notified when the listings you want are added to Crexi by saving your search. To make it more convenient for you, we’ve added a tile to save your search while browsing through search results.
Tools
- Messages: To increase the visibility of your messages, they will also be copied over to your coordinators moving forward. Don’t worry about missing any messages from your leads! View your messages here.
- Mobile/Tablet View: Managing listings on-the-go is important so we’ve optimized the view of broker tools while managing listings with a mobile or tablet device. No more left to right scrolling! 😌
