- Lease PRO is here! We’ve built out exciting features on our lease platform to help Landlord Brokers get connected to more Tenants and Tenant Representation Brokers. Schedule a demo today! 🎉
- Adding properties is now even easier with the improved page layout.
- Make sure your listings are seen! We’ve added a reminder to complete your listings that are stuck in draft mode. 📝
- We’ve standardized search result cards across sales, lease, and comps so that the most important information is shown. We hope this helps you search more efficiently!
- Breadcrumbs have been added on all property pages so you don’t lose track of what you’re looking for. 🔎
- To make searching for lease or for sale properties more convenient, the filter bar is now sticky while you scroll through search results.
Tools
- Profiles: Brokers can now upload their past sales transactions to showcase their experience on their Crexi profiles. Brokers, check out your profile here!
- Saved Properties: You can now print a group of saved properties or save it as a PDF! Try it now by clicking the “…” at the top of your saved property group and click “Print Group.” (PRO tip: use it to create a tour book!) 🖨
- Closing Tracker: Due Diligence document views are now shown in the Closing Tracker so you can verify that all parties have seen them. 👀
- Lead Reports: The master lead report will now include the Property/Asset Type for each row so that you can use it to filter through your leads.
- Search Score: We’ve heard your feedback and have adjusted our algorithm so that the Occupancy and Remaining Term will not affect the search score if the building is vacant. 🔎
Intelligence
- Free and logged out users are now able to view limited information on all of our available Sales Comps. Start searching here to see if an Intelligence subscription is right for you.
- Good news for Intelligence subscribers! We’ve improved the way our Sales Comps are classified to better distinguish Special Use.
- We added millions of new data points to our Sales Comps. Now you can see a property’s history, including data like price changes, sales, names of sellers, ownership and financing information, and more!
Platform Partnerships
- We successfully integrated all listings from the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) with Crexi’s marketplace. If you’re an ICREX broker, activate your account and access your listings!
- Our partnership with Realogy and integration with Century 21 Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial’s listings onto Crexi’s marketplace has officially launched. If you’re a C21C or CBC broker, activate your account and access your listings!
