Meet Shannon Garner
Chief People & Culture Officer (6 months at Crexi)
In March, Shannon Garner joined Crexi as our Chief People Officer. Most recently, Shannon served as SVP of Global Human Resources & Workspaces at Scopely. She was on their executive team, helping the company grow to over 1,200 employees and $700+ million in revenue worldwide.
In addition to her keen understanding of people operations and culture, Shannon brings us exceptional business savvy and significant leadership experience. Along with her time spent at Scopely, Shannon has held senior executive HR roles at many other high-growth Southern California technology companies.

What drew you to Crexi?
It was the opportunity to join the incredibly talented, passionate, and dedicated leadership team at Crexi. I am excited to work together to unlock our full growth potential through the power of our people-centric culture.
What is your vision for the company?
My goal is for our people to have the best experience of their professional lives.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Driving cultural change to help people love where they work.
What project are you working on that you are most excited about?
I am particularly excited about two areas of focus for our People & Culture team: how we are building core programs and infrastructure to support our people during this time of exciting growth, and second, evolving our people-centric culture as we transition to hybrid work.
