Meet Arielle Miller
Project Manager, Transactions (2.5 years at Crexi)
What drew you to Crexi?
I came to Crexi because of the dynamic, exciting culture and my honored relationships with many of the folks that have started this business from the ground up. The founders of Crexi are passionate about creating a one-stop shop for all things commercial real estate – and they’re doing it in an exciting way that makes common sense for brokers, buyers, sellers, and all the vendors that have an essential role in a real estate transaction.
I knew I would have an important role here as the company grew, and I am delighted to partner with so many wonderful colleagues.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing my ideas and my team’s ideas for improvement come to fruition so beautifully and quickly. Crexi’s entire staff takes the initiative and gets the job done; whether it’s building new product or working on a multi-million dollar transaction that is up for auction, our collaboration and trust in each other’s work ethic are second to none.
Why were you interested in working with Transactions?
I have worked with many Transaction Team members in the past, and I truly trust and value the leadership here. Transactions is still a relatively new business line within Crexi, so having that trust is important when trying to create something from scratch. It is also exhilarating to see the success of my teammates, knowing all the hard work our small but agile team has put into every detail.
What feedback do you hear from clients about their favorite Transaction features?
Many people like using the Closing Dashboard during the escrow component of a transaction. Also, having access to the Comp immediately after it closes has been an excellent tool for our brokers.
What excites you about the future of Transactions and how it will evolve?
Our team is just getting started and has many growth and development plans both on the site and within the group. We all understand how successful this line of business can be and can’t wait to see it boom!
Describe Crexi in three words!
Innovative, Limber, Blossoming.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love exploring the outdoors and seeing it through the eyes of my two boys. We also love catching up with local art exhibits, museums, and galleries. My entire family is very creative, and I love developing that passion for self-expression with my kiddos.
Meet David Amezquita
Business Development Manager, Auction in Transactions (2.5 years at Crexi)
What drew you to Crexi?
The people and the innovation. I had previously worked with Mike and the founders and knew they built an organization revolutionizing the CRE Tech space/industry.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping brokers and sellers execute transactions and being part of the best auction team in the business.
Why were you interested in working with Transactions?
I’ve been running online CRE auctions for over a decade and wanted to help Crexi grow the auction business.
What feedback do you hear from clients about their favorite Transaction features?
Brokers are excited to learn that we have an auction platform that can complement their services.
What excites you about the future of Transactions and how it will evolve?
I’m incredibly excited to be part of such a great organization that will continue to impact the CRE tech space.
