The space has a larger open area bordered by private offices and conference rooms on the exterior walls. The space offered is part of a larger office condo (9,632sf) that has an existing user in the remaining subdivided, separate portion of the space. With the layout of the condo, a new tenant will share the entry lobby but have a separate door leading to their private space on the left portion of the condo, while the current user will be off the right of the lobby.
