U.S. Route 19 (US-19) runs 264 miles (425 km) along Florida's West Coast from an interchange with U.S. Route 41 in Memphis, Florida, south of Tampa, and continues to the Georgia border north of Monticello, Florida.
State Road 50 (SR 50) runs across the center of the U.S. state of Florida through Orlando, with its termini at SR 55 (US 19) at Weeki Wachee and SR 5 (U.S. Route 1) in Titusville. Hillsborough County and major cross-connecting feeder routes such as SR 54, SR 50, SR 52, and the newly extended 589 Toll Road/Suncoast Parkway. SR 50 is signed east–west. Within various counties throughout the state, the highway is signed with various names such as Cortez Boulevard in Hernando County and Colonial Drive in Orange County. The former section includes the concurrency with US 98 between Brooksville and Ridge Manor. US 98-SR 50 is the only interchange with Interstate 75 in Hernando County.
State Road 52 (SR 52) is the major east-west road through northern Pasco County, Florida. The road begins in Bayonet Point at US 19 (SR 55), passes south of San Antonio and St. Leo, and terminates on the south side of Dade City at US 98 and US 301. SR 52 exists primarily as a six-lane commercial strip between US 19 and Moon Lake Road.
State Road 54 (SR 54) is located in the Tampa Bay Area, north of Tampa itself, and runs from US 19 in Elfers in the west to US 301 in Zephyrhills, in the east. In between it passes through Wesley Chapel, Land o' Lakes, and Elfers. SR 54 is a six-lane divided highway from its western terminus at US 19. In between County Roads 77 and 1 in Seven Springs, the road moves southeast along the Mitchell Bypass, which crosses over the Anclote River the moment it moves away from Old CR 54.

Suncoast Parkway:
State Road 589 (SR 589), also known as the Veterans Expressway and Suncoast Parkway, is a north-south toll road near the Florida Gulf Coast. Maintained and operated by Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, this 68-mile (109 km) transportation corridor extends from State Road 60 in Tampa, north to State Road 44 near Lecanto. The Veterans Expressway was built to accommodate the increasing commuter traffic in the Tampa-St. Petersburg metropolitan area, with the Suncoast Parkway opening in 2001, extending from near the northern terminus of the Veterans Expressway to U.S. Route 98, with a possible northern extension to U.S. Route 19/U.S. Route 98 in Crystal River in Citrus County in the planning and development stages. As of February 28, 2022, Phase I of the extension is now open between US 98 and Florida State Road 44. Phase II, which would further extend the highway to County Road 486, is undergoing the design phase.
