Domenic's Mobile Estates is a 33-site mobile home community located in the unincorporated Los Angeles County portion of Palmdale, California.​ All tenants in the park are on month-to-month agreements and all sites are occupied by permanent residents.​ There is also a 1,800-square-foot single-family home that the manager currently occupies.​ Most of the sites are occupied by double-wide homes and the majority of other spaces can accommodate multi-sectional products.​ There is an on-site manager's office with a laundry and restroom.​ There is also a pool and a clubhouse with billiards, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a meeting room space.​ The property was built in 1970 and sits on 4.2 acres and has a density of 8 sites per acre.​

Domenic's is currently 100 percent occupied with all city-serviced utilities.​ The Gas & Electric are direct metered and the Water is sub-metered.​ Sewer & Trash are included in the rent.​ All billing is handled by Park Billing.​ The road surfaces are asphalt-sealed and they are wide and need an overlay, slurry coat, seal and stripe.​ There is no cement curbing or gutter and the drainage appears to be surface from north to south to the city street.​ The electrical system is direct with 100-amp services.​ There is a block wall perimeter fencing at varying heights.​
