The kitchen is currently equipped with gas range with built-on range cover/work space.​ Convection oven electric, electric flattop griddle, panini presses, microwaves, (2) refrigerated prep tables, two large commercial refrigerators and multiple chest freezers.​ New Italian espresso machine , grinders, display coolers and crust POS.​
