Colliers’ Industrial Capital Markets Team has been retained by Ownership as its exclusive advisor in the sale of America’s Floor Source Portfolio Sale-Leaseback opportunity.​ This portfolio consists of three properties located in Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; and West Chester (Cincinnati), OH.​ Each of the three properties is 100% leased to America’s Floor Source, totaling 519,479 SF across both warehouse and office/showroom spaces.​
