The International Logistics Park (ILP) of North Carolina is located on U.S. Highway 74/76 in Brunswick and Columbus Counties. The Park contains over 1,000 acres and is a certified shovel-ready megasite by the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina. Rapid development of the site can occur based on existing entitlements and infrastructure. As a NC-Tier 1 site businesses locating at ILP can also leverage North Carolina’s competitive economic development incentives, including the Job Development Investment Grant (JDIG) a performance-based cash grant tied to new job creation—and the One North Carolina Fund, which provides additional state support with modest local matching requirements. The site is also located in a designated qualified opportunity zone providing significant Internal Revenue Service tax incentives through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
