Site permit and Entitlement only
There are already permits filed for the demolition and new construction of the proposed project, and the project itself received its entitlements at Planning Commission. The demo and new construction permits have been reviewed and approved by Planning, but other agencies have not yet completed their review, so the permits have not yet been issued. The project application was modified as noted in PIM to reduce the building by 1 story and 1 unit. These are the primary permit applications reviewed by Planning and I don’t think there would be any additional permits required for our Department’s review; however, I cannot speak fully to permitting for all other City agencies. The permits on file would, however, still need to be issued and fully complete that permitting process in order for construction to begin.
