Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. (“Crexi”) has collected simplified sellers use tax on certain taxable transactions for Crexi memberships delivered into the State of Alabama.  Such collected tax shall be remitted on the applicable customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
