Brandy Smith is a multifamily auction specialist with deep expertise in commercial real estate finance, underwriting, and institutional asset disposition. Prior to joining the auction industry, she worked in banking as a multifamily underwriter and was involved in the securitization of Fannie Mae portfolios and the sale of multifamily loan portfolios during the Great Recession. Since 2012, she has worked closely with GSEs, banks, and loan servicers to execute multifamily transactions through auction. Over the course of her career, she has successfully sold more than 577 multifamily properties, generating over $750 million in transaction volume. Her notable auction accomplishments include the sale of a $500 million performing multifamily loan portfolio consisting of approximately 400 loans that was acquired by Wells Fargo.
