Crexi Announces 2026 Platinum Award Winners

The collective activity of this year’s Platinum Award recipients tells a compelling story about what’s happening on the platform. In 2025, winners closed approximately $84 billion in total transaction value, completed 46,438 deals, and leased more than 232 million square feet across 19,830 spaces.
Those figures span PRO, Intelligence and Auction users and free users on our marketplace. That range is intentional, as the Platinum Awards are designed to reflect performance and engagement, not subscription tier or company size.
What the Awards Recognize
The selection process was led by Crexi’s data team, with input from sales and customer success, to ensure consistency and fairness. The goal is a transparent, data-driven snapshot of how professionals are using the platform to source opportunities, build partnerships and close deals.
