Darpan Patel, Marcus & Millichap Tampa
Darpan Patel joined Marcus and Millichap as an Associate in April of 2012. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2016 and elevated to First Vice President Investments in July 2019. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Darpan has closed more than 300 transactions equating to more than $650 million of property sales in 32 states. His clients include developers, high net-worth investors, syndicators, medical professionals, private equity funds and private investment groups. “If you're not on it, you're doing your clients a disservice. I wouldn't even tell [someone considering Crexi] to do a demo; it's obviously a great tool, but you just sign up for it. We don't know every buyer in the marketplace, we don't know every broker in the marketplace. So I think that exposure is the big key. If you're not doing it, you're leaving money on the table for your clients.”

Originally a Washington D.C. native, Faraz currently resides in Potomac, MD.
