Crexi users can find the Insights tab on every property search, listing page, and sales comp, which pulls back the curtain on in-depth data, analytics, and trends with which to make CRE decisions. As example, a quick click:

Unlocks analysis into a market’s current available office space for rent,

Explores how industrial assets have historically traded at Class A vs. Class B and C categorizations over the last ten years,

Calculates the potential future valuation and ROI of a specific multifamily property. 

These are a few specific use cases, but the sky’s the limit with how CRE stakeholders can manipulate Insights’ levers and find as detailed or market-scoped research as they need to evaluate a lease or uncover a potential purchase’s value.

How Insights Works

The Insights tab on aggregate pages (such as Sale, Lease, Comps) and property pages (Comps & Property Records) give users up-to-date information, saving them time and effort in finding the data independently. With a quick click, one can delve deeper into comprehensive market insights, such as age, population demographics, median income, and more, which can significantly impact property values.

Using the search filters or map view, it’s easy to instantly see essential trends and demographic data that are specific to search or view criteria. Depending on whether you’re seeking property for sale or space for rent, Insights showcases unique, market-specific metrics, including:
