Meet Kmeal Winters

As Vice President of Asset Management at STAG Industrial, Kmeal Winters is responsible for developing and executing property-level strategies to enhance and protect asset value for a net lease investment portfolio of retail, industrial, and office assets. 

Drawing on her 25+ years of asset management experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Winters handles all sourcing and negotiating acquisitions with existing tenants, assisting the acquisitions team on third-party transactions. She is also responsible for leasing, workout agreements, and dispositions. During her career, Ms. Winters has managed over $700M in portfolios, generated $600M+ in revenue, and executed over 3M square feet of office leases.
