Meet Crexi’s Newest PRO Feature: AI Script

The Crexi team is thrilled to announce our newest PRO feature and brokers’ future favorite marketing tool: AI Script. 

Harnessing the power of natural language processing, AI Script helps brokers save time creating marketing materials and focusing more on what they do best: closing deals. AI Script auto-generates compelling property descriptions to highlight listings and optimize marketing language, ensuring potential buyers can easily find your property. Even better, improved details and persuasive language in your listings boost your listing’s Search Score and help your properties get in front of a wider pool of relevant buyers.

How Does AI Script Work?

AI Script is easy to use and makes short work of writing beautiful, action-driving property descriptions. To get started:

1. Click the “Add Listing” button to get started – if you already have a listing ready, click “Edit Listing” on the property you want to edit.
2. When you get to the Description tab, click “Use AI Script to upload an offering memorandum (OM) or listing flyer while adding a listing or editing your listing page.

1. Within seconds, AI Script generates a highly detailed marketing description ready to add to your listing.
2. That’s it! Get ready for inbound leads.

Why AI Script?

AI saves time and enhances work efficiency across many industries, and commercial real estate is no exception. With AI Script, artificial intelligence takes the copywriting work out of your hands and automatically generates beautiful listing descriptions. This helps brokers save time and money, eliminating the need to worry about marketing language or writing something interesting. A few bullet points from your OM, and AI Script handles the work: simply tweak the results if you want to make any changes, and your listing is ready to go.

Additionally, optimized marketing language helps get your listing seen by more buyers who are interested in your property type. Better descriptions improve listings’ Search Scores and, which help rank them higher on Crexi’s search results pages.. 

Who Can Use AI Script?
