About Adam Gillespie:
Adam Gillespie is a twenty-four year commercial real estate veteran specializing in selling investment real estate in the Philadelphia region. During his career, Adam has executed over $1.9 billion in transactions, including single-asset and regional portfolio sales ranging in size from $1 million to $133 million.
Adam has been recognized with multiple industry awards and earned a CCIM designation in 2015. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton with degrees in Finance and Marketing. He moved from Ohio to Philadelphia in 2005 and has been an investment real estate broker specializing in the sale of industrial, apartments and office buildings since.
Adam is an active member of the Greg Wolf Fund, a non-profit dedicated to funding targeted blood cancer research and providing financial support to families battling leukemia. Adam currently lives in Fort Washington, PA with his wife and three children. He is an avid real estate investment advisor, dad, athlete and fly fisherman.
