Crexi’s Property Records allow Intelligence subscribers and PRO brokers to conveniently search and export parcel and building data, ownership contact information from public records, and more on over 153 million assets nationwide. In tandem, our available Sales Comps allow users to access an exportable database of over 13 million sales comps nationwide, searchable by parameters such as:
- Asking price
- Sale date and price
- Closing cap rate
- Address
- Listing brokers
- Property photos
- Square footage
- Region

- Zoning
- And much more!
With a clear understanding of how properties were transacted in the past and up-to-date building information on parcels nationwide, CRE stakeholders can better understand how current and historic market conditions affect their current or future listings and use this insight to maximize their ROI.
Why We Merged: A More Streamlined Experience
A Deeper, Comprehensive Look into Property Data
Once you click into a property’s record page, expect an all-new view experience that includes:
- A “Quick details” section at the top, quickly highlighting standout information on the property such as zoning, lot size, date sold for comps, and more.
- Sticky additional property record details on the right side, with owner contact information available should you want to reach out.
- A lightbox view for easily navigating attachments, such as photos, flyers, and OMs.
- Map views included on property pages with broker-reported comps.
We also simplified the way users can export and print property record and comp data from Crexi’s platform. The new and improved template allows users to export property characteristic information, lending and mortgage data, and broker-reported comps all in the same spreadsheet, making tracking and sharing properties of interest easier than ever.
How to Use Property Records and Comps
With this streamlined experience, consolidating a list of properties and past transactions takes far less time, arming CRE stakeholders with the tools they need to make the best-informed decisions.
Quickly filter by your desired parameters and browse the resulting properties. On both the quick view and the property details page, users can easily explore property information about:
- Property details
- Owner Contact Information
- Mortgage & tax history
- Demographic data
- Foot traffic analytics (in partnership with Placer.ai)
The Insights tab also provides up-to-date information, saving time and effort in finding the data independently. With a quick click, you can delve deeper into comprehensive market insights, such as age, population demographics, median income, and more, which can significantly impact property values.
