In tandem, our available Sales Comps allow users to access an exportable database of over 13 million sales comps nationwide, searchable by parameters such as:

The handy, interactive map lets you dynamically drag, zoom in, and move around while automatically updating the search results and property Insights in real-time. It’s never been easier to get all the market and property data you need all in one place.

A Deeper, Comprehensive Look into Property Data

Once you click into a property’s record page, expect an all-new view experience that includes:

A “Quick details” section at the top, quickly highlighting standout information on the property such as zoning, lot size, date sold for comps, and more.
Sticky additional property record details on the right side, with owner contact information available should you want to reach out.
A lightbox view for easily navigating attachments, such as photos, flyers, and OMs.
Map views included on property pages with broker-reported comps.

We also simplified the way users can export and print property record and comp data from Crexi’s platform. The new and improved template allows users to export property characteristic information, lending and mortgage data, and broker-reported comps all in the same spreadsheet, making tracking and sharing properties of interest easier than ever.
