Painting the scene
A broker for 35 years, Mr. Harber entered commercial real estate 13 years ago after owning and operating a residential realtors franchise with more than 90 agents. After a stint at Coldwell Banker, he decided to open his own agency. While decades of experience helped Harber build a rapport with his Florida-based clients, he needed the right tools to expand his marketing and lead acquisition efforts nationwide.
Mr. Harber joined Crexi PRO in 2018, impressed by its value proposition and reasonable costs. Since sign-up, he has grown Harber Real Estate into a national brand, successfully marketing his listings to previously inaccessible prospects, and finding promising investment opportunities on behalf of clients.
“I’ve closed my last two sales — an RV dealership and 6,000 square foot warehouse — after both clients approached me through Crexi. I would’ve had no way to contact them without your platform.”
In three years of using Crexi PRO, Mr. Harber immediately saw workflow improvements and impressive growth in viable prospects.

Crexi PRO’s simplified functionality allowed Mr. Harber to quickly upload listings and information, helping him focus on client interactions and close deals.

Access to Crexi’s Intelligence library of sales comparables and property records deeply enhanced Mr. Harber’s commercial real estate market knowledge, allowing him to provide deeper value to his clients.

PRO marketed Mr. Harber’s listings to a nationwide audience of high-intent buyers, acquiring hundreds of hits per week, with many submitting letters of intent directly through the platform.
In three years as a PRO broker, he saw:

“For the price, there is no marketing platform I’m aware of that has Crexi’s reach for value, bar none. And you don’t have to cherry-pick where you advertise: your listings are out there for everyone to see.”
