Cathy Jones works with over 30 years of commercial real estate and finance experience, specializing in investment sales and leasing, oversight of CRE and investment holdings, property management, market analysis, financing, corporate cash management, contract negotiations, and business development.

About Patricia Loveall:
Patricia is an EVP and shareholder at Kidder Mathews and serves her clients with thirty-five years of commercial real estate experience. Patricia has been a consistent “Top 10% Producer” at Kidder Mathews and holds an SIOR designation signifying her industry-leading expertise and standards.
Loveall specializes in corporate real estate services as well as leasehold and fee acquisitions and dispositions. She has represented organizations, including Weyerhaeuser, PACCAR, Univar USA, and Unisource. She has led sales and leasing transactions covering 20 million square feet of office and industrial spaces and land sales above 1,000 acres.

Michelle is the Principal and Co-Founder of Hudson Peters Commercial and serves with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Hudson specializes in industrial and manufacturing facilities with deep expertise in sales and acquisition of investment properties and structuring sale/leasebacks across asset classes.
