She has been recognized as NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Retail Broker of the Year for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020 and has set several local and national records for retail investment sale prices and cap rates. Most recently, Deana was recognized as Connect Media’s “Next Generation” award winner.
Deana is a graduate of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute, and she continues to give back. She takes pride in serving on committees, boards, and panels because it helps grow the NAIOP youth and prepares them to be lifelong, active members. Deana’s most recent volunteering accomplishment is helping unveil Las Vegas’ newest non-profit charity: Project Marilyn. She’s also helped raise funds for the Suicide Prevention Hotline and American Cancer Society.
