Bullhead is a fully operational, 24 bed psychiatric residential treatment center (“PRTF”) treating patients with dualdiagnosis. The facility consistently operates at near-capacity and draws patients from well over a 100 mile radius. Bullhead is licensed by the State and CMS and is equipped with top-of-the line anti-ligature FF&E.

Nestled along the tail-waters of the Colorado River coming out of Lake Mead, Bullhead City serves as an oasis for the roughly 160,000 people living in the surrounding area. There are four major hospitals within the region but none of them provide psych services within their EDs. There are also no providers that offer geriatric psych care which is a need.

The facility is located about 1.5 hours SE of Las Vegas, NV and 3.5 hours NW of Phoenix, AZ.
