The customer base includes equestrians (predominantly women riding English), business owners, and suburban property owners (60% individuals and 40% organizations & government agencies) from all across Virginia, the Mid-Atlantic and South. The current owners oversee the Service Department, Sales and Business Operations. They work at most 2-3 days per week and have developed a dynamic team which does not require their daily oversight.
