Introducing The Yards: A Visionary Mixed-Use Destination in Spring Hill, TN
The Yards is set to redefine community living with an exciting mixed-use development that brings together 222 modern apartment residences and 15 innovative live/work units—all seamlessly integrated with over 104,000 square feet of dynamic commercial space.
This thoughtfully designed community is more than just a place to live—it’s a lifestyle hub. The project received Site Plan Approval in September 2022, and updated plans and renderings—praised by the Spring Hill Planning Commission—were officially approved in August 2023. Development is moving forward with confidence and momentum.

Spring Hill Commerce Center, formally known as the South Nashville Commerce Park, is an 84-acre,
fully entitled and permit-ready, newly planned development site located along I-65 just south of
Saturn Parkway in Spring Hill, TN. The 5.7 million square foot development will include industrial,
logistical, and warehousing space within the city and will include improvements to Jim Warren Road.
Future plans indicate significant infrastructure improvements to the region including on and off-
ramp connections between Saturn Parkway, Interstate-65, and Duplex Road, in addition to other wet

local roads. The development could potentially provide 10,000 new jobs across all income ranges,
according to early projections.

In April 2024, Executive Chair, Larry Ellison, declares Nashville as home for Oracles new world
headquarters. “The pronouncement comes almost three years after Oracle committed to bring
8,500 jobs to Nashville by 2031, at a $1.35 billion riverfront office campus. In that time, Oracle spent
$28.3 billion buying a health tech company named Cerner Corp. The deal plunged the software
company deep into Nashville's legacy business, and Ellison spoke about his ambitions and moral obligation to solve problems in that industry.”
