M 553 is the primary commuter route between Marquette and many small communities to the south and the Michigan Department of Transportation calculated an average daily vehicle count of 8,444 vehicles in 2024.

The remaining portions of the property to the east of M 553 offer further opportunity. This portion of the property can also be accessed from Silver Creek Road and features exceptional timber quality and a gently rolling landscape. Possibilities exist for further recreational development, kingdom estates, or single-family development.
