Investment highlights

The Lease is guaranteed by Jabil Inc. with the expiration date of 8.31.2031 with a Residual Cap Rate of 6.88.

The Lease is a modified NNN Lease (Landlord responsible for structure and HVAC) with the Tenant responsible for the remaining maintenance expenses. The only potential expense not addressed within the Lease is a Property Management fee.
