  • HVAC: Office areas are heated and cooled by package units and the plant is heated by suspended gas fired blowers.
  • Sprinkler System: One 200,000-gallon ground mounted fire tank with 1,500 horsepower electric booster pump feeds a 10” loop around both buildings. The density in the original section is .45/2500 and ESFR in the addition.
