The Property consists of 1.29 acres and a three story, 28,434-SF office that was built in 2017 and is currently undergoing very specified build-out for its final tenant. Situated with immediate proximity to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on the southwest side of Fayetteville, the Property is neighbored by many of the region's largest office users. There are over 150,000 in population in the five mile radius with average household income in excess of $56,000.
