As a State Agency for the State of Georgia, the debts and obligations incurred by the Tenant (including this Lease) are backed by the Government of the State of Georgia. The State of Georgia carries an investment-grade credit rating by all major rating agencies including an AAA rating with a stable outlook from Standard & Poor’s Rating Services. Georgia is one of only fifteen states with such a rating. If Georgia were a stand-alone country, it would be the 28th largest economy in the world.
