Excellent location near the heart of downtown Mooresville. This site has been a successful restaurant location for several years and the operator recently renewed their lease. This property sits on a corner signalized lot at the intersection of NC 152 and Park Ave. Recently updated, this Mexican Restaurant has a steady flow of traffic and includes a full bar. According to NCDOT the 2020 vehicles per day is 11,000 and is likely higher now.

This unique restaurant space was beautifully remodeled from a 1944 church built using portable rafters that can be traced back through several moves to the Jesuit priests of Portugal in the early 1400's. The rafters are over 600 years old and represent some of the oldest building materials still in place today. They are made of Taiban, a wood product that has been extinct for some time. In the remodeling done to our building in 1997, other than the application of protective coatings, nothing has been done to alter the historic rafter support system.
