Common amenities are completed and include Lobbies (both main floor and ground floor), Community Breakroom (ground floor), fitness center, bathrooms, and mothers' room. The main floor conference room along Broadway is available to reserve in coordination with the other tenants.
The exterior patio is 1,865 sf and managed by The Boiler Building tenant. It is available for light day-use by all tenants.
