Our Offering is for a Second-Generation Restaurant in Downtown Zephyrhills, Florida. The operation is almost entirely turn-key, as the kitchen is fully equipped with hoods, grease traps, walk-in coolers, and freezers. The equipment list includes fryers, stove tops, griddles, and more.

The extensive dining rooms are also turnkey and fully equipped. This includes very attractive real wood plank tables, chairs, booths, a hostess stand, and a salad bar.

The Site layout starts with an extremely large and abundant parking lot. The front facade includes double-entry doors with large retail windows on each side. The double doors lead into the main, generous dining room. This section has a salad bar, a server station, and the ADA restrooms.

It is interesting to note that the location of this restaurant is connected to all these major corridors: State Highways 54, 56, and 39. Plus US Hwy 301.
