The first floor consists of 9 spaces with four having the option of being a retail space and feature full glass retail doors with access off Main Street (Route 72). The first floor of the building is ADA accessible.
The upper floor has an additional 8 private offices. Shared amenities include lobbies, conference rooms, bathrooms (2 of 5 are ADA accessible) and break room to name a few.
