Prime Location: Positioned in the Fashion District, this space benefits easy access and a bustling culture of commerce below on street level (far enough away for sound quality in the bank but close enough for ambience)
Abundant Parking: We provide safe, attendant parking in the SAME building, ensuring easy access for both your team and visitors. This is an additional fee but we work with the garage to offer discounts to renters! Inquire if you’d like to rent an entire level.
Historic Architecture: Originally a REAL bank, the space features unique design details including marble tiled floor, chestnut-colored wood + marble structures and geometric molded ceiling with chandelier lighting that can add character to your production or business environment (it’s giving 70’s-90’s era bank).
Other Notes to Consider:
Contract: We require insurance and refundable deposit before your event day.
Electricity: The bank has overhead lighting throughout which give plenty of light in every corner. Perfect for events. Film & Photo Production will usually need to bring more direct lighting options.
The outlets of the bank do not work aside from ONE that we’ve run from the electrical box which is convenient to add an extension chord and/or splitter. We are happy to provide these if you need. All production needs to bring their own generators for multiple cameras and lighting equipment.
Bathrooms: 1 of 2 bathrooms are useable in the space. The bathroom includes 1 stall, 1 urinal, sink and mirror.
We have additional bathrooms on 2 levels in the parking garage that are available for use.
Rooftop & Parking: The rooftop and/or the parking levels can be rented in addition to the bank. The prices are based on the hours and time of day rented.
The parking is a separate entity and the hours of operation are 8am-7pm. We work with them when there are events, but to keep in mind this is its own business.
Security: We offer security for hire that know the building well (recommended) or you are allowed to hire your own security. Security is necessary outside of the parking lot’s business hours, as the gates of the parking garage will need to remain open and anyone could drive in.
We treat this space as a creative work-in-progress and still figuring out how to maximize the use of it aside from its commercial use as a bank; that being said, there may be some limitations and at the same time, endless possibilities for use!
