The building has a storied history. Constructed in 1920, it served for decades as a Masonic Hall and in 2013 it underwent an extensive renovation helping spur a revival of the Foreside business community. At the time the space was reimagined as the coworking hub Thinkyard and later became the offices of the architecture firm Winter Holben.
