Shoppes at Longbow is a new retail development located at the southwest corner of Longbow Parkway and Recker Road in Northeast Mesa, just south of Loop 202.

The project is positioned within a high-growth residential corridor, with over 21,000 new homes planned or under development in the immediate trade area, and will benefit from near-term commercial development including a planned Sam’s Club (2027), additional retail pads, and new multifamily.

The center is adjacent to Longbow Marketplace, a Sprouts-anchored center, and is surrounded by other strong national co-tenancy including Basha’s, Fry’s, Kohl’s, Safeway, Target, Michaels, PetSmart, and Albertsons.

Shoppes at Longbow will serve the surrounding Northeast Mesa communities, including Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch, as well as Longbow Business Park and nearby employment drivers. The trade area includes 140,000+ residents within five miles, with median household incomes exceeding $109,000 within three miles.
