Each office seats up to 2 people and comes with 2 full coworking memberships, so you and a teammate can both enjoy all the perks: unlimited access to our lounge, kitchenette, phone booths, all the cuppas you can drink, mail service & all the membership perks to make it truly your home base.
We'd like a long-term tenant that can give at least a 6 month commitment at $1500/month, but are open to offers! And while we're waiting, they can be rented for $25/hour or $175/day.
Building highlights
Our space is inside Lackawanna Plaza, a historic former train station in Montclair, NJ. The plaza is full of retail stores, food options, world-class murals and art. Downtown Montclair is right outside our door, with high walkability to many shops, restaurants, and local spots like The Wellmont Theater and The Clairidge movie theater.
Our space is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the NJ Transit station at Bay Street.
