Center of Town we are offering a new 6,000 sf Flex Warehouse space with 14' x 14' roll up doors. Plus each unit has a man door in front and in back. Office build out is flexible and owner willing to co-develop the interior for long term lease. We can divide into 1,500 sf sections, but prefer not to or just divide twice (3,000 sf) or rent the entire project out. Parking available in front of site and room for loading and unloading too.
