This building has mostly offices in it. 24/7 access, front door is locked about 7pm but you'll get a key-fab & there's a system where you can buzz in clients at the front door after hours. There are a men's and women's restroom on each floor.

Located close to Broadway and therefore the NQRW, but also not far from the BDFM, the PATH, and 123. Around the corner from Madison Square Park, great spot to take your lunch.
