The Longhorn Ballroom has entered Phase 2 of a transformative revival: introducing a 26,000 sq.ft. creative campus. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this space now houses coworking offices, live-work studios, boutique restaurants, and a creative production studio.

The vision is to create a collaborative co-working environment for directors, filmmakers, visual artists, producers, and cultural entrepreneurs. A transformative, one-of-a-kind destination that serves as a dynamic Creative Incubator and Production Studio where art, culture, and technology converge.
