The boutique retail and restaurants along Larchmont Avenue and Palmer Avenue consist mostly of local establishments including neighborhood classics Larchmont Tavern and Longford’s Ice Cream. The lack of malls and large-anchor shopping centers leaves a limited supply of retail space in this market.
