Located across the street from Pinnacle Bank Arena, The Railyard on Canopy Street is Nebraska’s first and most premier entertainment district. The three-story structure is among the most visible commercial properties in the Lincoln area and has been named a Top 3 place to bring visitors in Lincoln and the #1 location in the downtown to watch Husker Football on the UBT CUBE Megascreen. The center of downtown entertainment, the property attracts patrons year-round by hosting a wide variety of events throughout the warmer months and installing an outdoor skating rink during the winter, which attracts an estimated 30,000 patrons over its short season.

In tandem with the Arena project, The Railyard kicked off the redevelopment of Lincoln’s West Haymarket District, an eight-block, $344 million expansion of the popular Historic Haymarket District.
